We conducted several interviews with our client’s marketing, customer service and development teams to better understand their priorities and pain points, which we fed directly into our design decisions.
We conceptualized and branded a new user experience design for Enbridge Gas’ internal customer service portal. The goal was to help surface customer account information more efficiently and effectively.
